Refund and Returns Policy

Our refund and returns policy will be implemented under the following circumstances:

  1. Information is to be provided regarding Return / Refund within 3 days from the date of receipt of the consignment.
  2. Information for Return / Refund needs to be provided either through email at sales.bambihy@gmail.com
  3. Return / Refund will only be eligible under the following grounds:
  • If the wrong size or/and wrong color of the garment has been delivered, which does not match your order
  • If there is any tear/cut on the garment. A video needs to be uploaded showing the tear/cut while opening the package.
  • The garment must not be used and should remain in the same condition as it has been received
  • It must be returned to the original packing
  • To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase; this needs to be sent through email sales.bambihy@gmail.com
  1. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund/replacement within 7–10 days from the date of receipt of the packet here at Surat.
  2. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7-10 working days.
  3. If replacement is required, please let us know through email at sales.bambihy@gmail.com mentioning the Purchase Order No or the reference number provided after the original order is booked after you receive the replacement/refund confirmation from us.

 

While asking for a Return / Refund, kindly note that it will NOT be acceptable under the following circumstances:

  • If the Color shade does not match with the color appearing on the website.
  • Wrong order booking has been done by you with respect to size/color or both
  • If it exceeds the intimation time period
  • If the above criteria are not met

 

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Shipping Returns

Based on the acceptance of refund/return/replacement and post confirmation from our side based on the criteria mentioned above, you may initiate the dispatch of the garment and send it to us through your own means.  Post receipt of the defective garment, further process will be initiated.
